This unit equips learners with the knowledge and skills required to identify signs of harm or abuse in children and young people and respond appropriately. Participants will explore types of abuse, mandatory reporting obligations, ethical and legal responsibilities, and child-focused practices. Through interactive modules, real-world case studies, and practical assessments, learners will build confidence in recognising risk indicators and making informed, lawful decisions to protect vulnerable children and young people.
